The personal training sessions I deliver are entirely bespoke and focused on you and your goals. Whether that be to lose weight, gain strength, tone up or all of the above, then I am here to help. I will make your sessions realistic, focused and fun. You will work hard and reap the rewards for doing so.
This will also come with the tools and contact to ensure adherence, accountability and tweaks to ensure you keep moving in the right direction. Including Diet set up, support and nutritional guidance.

You will learn techniques to boxing such as punches, movement,
Ducks, defensive moves. You will develop from a starter to a pro in no time at all! And the best thing about it is you will improve your cardiovascular fitness, you will tone your arms, lose weight, build muscle, coordination, reduce stress, release anger and have fun doing so. If the idea of conventional Personal Training Sessions worry you, this could be the step you need to take to have fun getting fit.

Not sure what to do in the gym? Or know what you're doing
but need a little structure/motivation, something to stick to? Then this is the option for you.
You will receive an online fitness plan, prescribed, tracked and communicated through my app, you will log on and follow your workout in live time. With instructional videos on each exercise, how many sets and reps and even rest time. You enter what you've done and it notifies me, meaning your plan can be progressive at all times.
Unable to do a certain exercise? Need something changing? Then you can send me a message through the app and this can be updated there and then.
This could be the structure and accountability you need to reach your goals.
T2 FIT - FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
A Fitter and More Functional You.

The initial start up of all my services. A 45 Minute High Intensity Functional gym class. With a family feel, state of the art equipment, great music and a great workout - this could be the option for you to get fit fast.
Tuesday / 6:15 - 7pm.

With this group session you will have the opportunity to train with great people, get fit, learn a new style of fitness, start to compete with yourselves and others to really push yourself to improve.
